After yesterday’s news that Guillermo del Toro was going to do The Hobbit, I wondered if they’d get Sir Ian McKellan to reprise his role as Gandalf. According to an interview with del Toro on The One Ring, he says Sir Ian is on board, “all bureaucracy pending.”
