Obsessed With Film has the scoop on Elizabeth Banks’ casting in a new biopic on President George W. Bush. Apparently she’s slated to appear as Laura Bush, the First Lady.
Don’t get me wrong - Laura Bush is by no means an ugly woman, but holy crap…casting super-hottie Elizabeth Banks as the conservatively-dressed First Lady seems a bit of a stretch. If you don’t think so, consider this: she’s moving from starring as someone making homemade porn, to playing the First Lady of the United States. Doesn’t that seem a little unbalanced?
