M. Night Shyamalan’s new movie is about a “large scale threat to humanity” (according to IMDb) and stars Mark Wahlberg and John Leguizamo.The marketing folks aren’t screwing around - they hit you with references to Night’s previous films (We’ve sensed it - The Sixth Sense; We’ve seen the signs - Signs). They’re after the die-hard Night fans, like myself. They were especially smart in referencing his two most successful films.
The Happening will be in theaters June 13th, 2008.
