While at the theater this weekend to see 30 Days of Night, I spotted the super creepy poster for One Missed Call below.
The movie stars Shannyn Sossamon and Edward Burns in a remake of a Japanese horror flick. Which is why it’s so reminiscent of The Ring. Shannyn’s friends start receiving phone calls in which they hear their own death, and then it happens. When she’s next in line, she tries to discover the source of the calls (like Naomi Watts did in The Ring) to stop her own death.Watch the trailer below. It looks like it’s going to be at least semi-lame, but worth a trip to the theater nonetheless.

That poster creeps the hell out of me. A rare feat…
I know! I saw the poster in the lobby of the theater before I saw the trailer (running before 30 Days of Night), and it seriously creeped me out.
