There’s a teaser going around for Transporter 3 starring Jason Statham, and it’s awesome, as expected. In addition to the usual Transporter content of explosions, badass fights, and a shirtless Jason Statham, this one has an added bonus - Robert Knepper as the bad guy. Knepper is famous for his sleazy prisoner T Bag on “Prison Break” and more recently for Hitman.
Wall-E and his toys have excellent timing. In the middle of the NBA Finals Wall-E shows up playing with a basketball. He’s as cute as ever, and the trailer attached to it shows more footage of the movie than we’ve seen so far.
It appears that you can’t post a teaser for your own movie on your own site without attaching a rating to it. The Zack and Miri Make a Porno teaser that we posted last week was pulled from Kevin Smith’s Quick Stop Entertainment site because the MPAA told them to. Smith explains:
As with features, all trailers get rated get rated by the MPAA. The majority of them are for general audiences (Green Band trailers), but trailers packed with adult content (like our teaser) earns you what’s called a Red Band trailer. Well, we didn’t go through this process - simply because, we felt, that since the teaser didn’t contain any footage from the actual flick, it wasn’t technically a trailer. Boy, was I wrong. Turns out all promotional material for any film financed/distributed by a signatory of the MPAA has to be signed-off on by the MPAA - including internet-only materials.
Hopefully the boys will slap a red band before that baby and have it back up soon.
This new Wall-E trailer features an introduction to the robots in the movie, including Eve, Wall-E, and a cutie named Moe. It also features the Wall-E meets headphones short we’ve seen before.

Straight from Kevin Smith comes the extremely dirty teaser for Zack and Miri Make a Porno. Kevin Smith emphasizes that this is not a trailer, as it contains no footage from the movie. Again, I have to say this is a very dirty teaser and extremely not safe for work. You’ve been warned.
By now everyone knows David Cook won American Idol. But the other highlight of the finale, for me at least, was the appearance of Mike Myers as Guru Pitka, the character he plays in The Love Guru. Check out the video below:
Now here’s why I thought this was a highlight. It’s not the subtle jokes he threw at the judges and Mr. “Seafoam” (although those were awesome). It’s that Guru Pitka greets everyone by saying “Mariska Hargitay” (the name of one of the stars of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as well as #1 on our 40 Hottest Women Over 40 List). Anyone else hope that he actually does that in the movie?
After yesterday’s news that The Joker had defaced some copies of the new Dark Knight trailer, we were all hoping someone would be able to play the film reel so we could see more than just scans of the film. Luckily, someone did. Check it out below.
He also talks about how he thought it would be funny not to tell his mom and his sister that he’s fully naked in the movie, which of course ended badly. Segel says,
All of a sudden, out comes my penis. And I turn to the left and my sister’s laughing hysterically. And I turn to the right, and my mother is literally crying.
