This Is The Most Ridiculous Thing I’ve Ever Seen…

This woman is a crazy - AND whoever that TV host is should do his homework. Asking, “What if it turns out it’s an alien or a monster destroying New York?” revealed him as unfit for his position. A simple Google search would reveal it IS a monster movie.

It has nothing to do with bad people attacking the city, or Al Queda, or September 11th, 2001. Quite frankly, anyone who thinks so needs to get their emotions in check and realize that the entire world doesn’t revolve around that day. (Before you start attacking me, I’m a former New Yorker and lost a very close family friend in one of the Towers that day, so back off.)

FOX News is so lame! Way to know what the movie is about, dumbass!

I figured that this movie would remind people of 9/11, but 9/11 is just part of the fabric of our culture. Of course a movie about NY being destroyed will make people think of it. Is Hollywood supposed to avoid making movies that might make audiences think about anything unpleasant? People can always choose not to see it, if it bothers them that much.

Thank you! I’m so glad someone agrees with me.

The bottom line is that New York (and Paris, and London, and every other major city in the world) was being destroyed in movies long before September 11th, and will be destroyed in movies forever because it has an iconic skyline that Americans have an emotional attachment to.
