Sadly, the horror film Trick ‘R Treat has been completely pulled. Obsessed With Film has the details about the film, which was originally slated to come out October 5th of last year.
When it was rescheduled, we all assumed it was so that it didn’t compete with Saw IV. Now we’ve learned the film isn’t being released, not even straight-to-DVD. They claim it’s “unmarketable.”
Funny thing, I really wanted to see it. So apparently the little marketing they’ve already done worked on me. With all the crap that’s released into theaters on a weekly basis, this wasn’t allowed to be released, after it’s already been made? How does that make any sense?
Anyone else disappointed it won’t be released?
