As you may have read earlier this week, the director of Twilight was dropped, for reasons unknown.
The rumor is that Catherine Hardwick (Twilight‘s director) was a pain in the ass throughout filming, so the studio dropped her.
They announced late last night, that Chris Weitz (director of The Golden Compass) has been signed to direct the sequel to Twilight, New Moon.
