We’ve all seen the totally awesome “tumbler” Batmobile from Batman Begins (seen above in its camo version before Bruce Wayne Bat-ified it), and we all wanted one of our own. One guy decided he wanted to build it as a computer.
The Bat Blog has pictures of an amazing computer case mod made out of a tumbler RC car. The guy who built it put it up for sale on eBay after showing it off at computer shows. You can check out the auction here. The auction ends July 20th, two days after The Dark Knight hits theaters.
Guess what I want for Christmas (or just because, since Christmas is too far away)? A dancing, talking, light-up Wall-E mp3 player. This Wall-E, available at Sharper Image, is 8″ tall and runs on AAA batteries.
Oh, and he’s only $25.
I’m not too fond of the dancing, light-up mp3 player enhancers because that’s not what listening to music is all about. But Wall-E is just too adorable not to love him. Seriously, I giggle like a schoolgirl at the trailers. Can you imagine if I had this thing on my desk?
IESB has a picture of the new Star Wars-themed Muppet figurines. I especially like the Darth Gonzo figure, with his long nose sticking out of the helmet.
As IESB pointed out, it’s no surprise new Muppet figures are coming out with the upcoming Jason Segel-penned Muppet movie in the works.
ComingSoon.net has some great pictures of the new Cloverfield toy. It’s pretty realistic-looking, with a bulging part of its head looking like it’s ready to drop little monsters on you. It looks like they set it up in a recreation of the movie set, complete with the severed head of the Statue of Liberty and a little Army tank.
The Star Wars Lego game is easily the best video game I’ve ever played. It’s easy enough for non-gamers to play, but has enough hidden levels and things to make it a worthwhile game for more advanced players.
