  Tumbler Batmobile Modded Computer Case
Posted by: Christine on Jul 11th, 2008 Leave a Comment »

We’ve all seen the totally awesome “tumbler” Batmobile from Batman Begins (seen above in its camo version before Bruce Wayne Bat-ified it), and we all wanted one of our own. One guy decided he wanted to build it as a computer.

The Bat Blog has pictures of an amazing computer case mod made out of a tumbler RC car. The guy who built it put it up for sale on eBay after showing it off at computer shows. You can check out the auction here. The auction ends July 20th, two days after The Dark Knight hits theaters.

  Wall-E MP3 Player – He Dances!

Guess what I want for Christmas (or just because, since Christmas is too far away)? A dancing, talking, light-up Wall-E mp3 player. This Wall-E, available at Sharper Image, is 8″ tall and runs on AAA batteries.

Oh, and he’s only $25.

I’m not too fond of the dancing, light-up mp3 player enhancers because that’s not what listening to music is all about. But Wall-E is just too adorable not to love him. Seriously, I giggle like a schoolgirl at the trailers. Can you imagine if I had this thing on my desk?

Wall-E will be in theaters June 27th.

Darth Gonzo - Muppet Star WarsIESB has a picture of the new Star Wars-themed Muppet figurines. I especially like the Darth Gonzo figure, with his long nose sticking out of the helmet.

As IESB pointed out, it’s no surprise new Muppet figures are coming out with the upcoming Jason Segel-penned Muppet movie in the works.

Yesterday, we saw pictures of the new Cloverfield monster toys, and today we’re getting a glimpse at the toys from The Dark Knight.

Superhero Hype has a peek at the new Harvey Dent/Two-Face character figure, which looks pretty badass if I do say so myself.

It’s pretty realistic-looking, with a bulging part of its head looking like it’s ready to drop little monsters on you. It looks like they set it up in a recreation of the movie set, complete with the severed head of the Statue of Liberty and a little Army tank.

  Indiana Jones Lego Game

Indiana Jones Lego GameThe Star Wars Lego game is easily the best video game I’ve ever played. It’s easy enough for non-gamers to play, but has enough hidden levels and things to make it a worthwhile game for more advanced players.

I was thrilled to see that the same people are making a Batman game based on The Dark Knight, and now I’m even more thrilled to see that there’s one in the works for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Kotaku has screenshots of the game and the Lego site has a trailer for the game. Lego also has some pretty awesome Indiana Jones Lego playsets too.

Check out the new toys for The Dark Knight over at Superhero Hype.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to have a Christian Bale action figure on my shelf.
